What a fantastic house this is! Working closely with our clients, we developed the designs to suit their family needs.

Fire rated glazing in the ground floor hallway allows the space to feel open but with the open to close the kitchen / diner from the rest of the house. Original panelling was kept and adapted to keep some original features, while refurbishing all other areas of the property.

A huge new master suite was created on the second floor, featuring his and hers dressers and a stunning master suite with a micro-cement finish throughout. A bespoke shower bench was created and wrapped in micro-cement, with hidden LED lights.

All bedrooms received bespoke joinery by FORMORA (www.formora.uk), as well as the boot room and TV / games room. The busy utility room is hidden from the kitchen with an oversized jib door that cleverly slides away to hide in the partition. The kitchen feels beautifully light and open, with plenty of space for family living as well entertaining friends and family.

PACE Solar installed solar PV to the main roof as well as a battery storage system.
