A fabulous full house refurbishment of a spacious Richmond property for our lovely clients.

A new loft was added with lead clad dormers to meet the conservation area requirements, with a beautiful arched window from Ayrton windows to the front dormer. The structural design was carefully considered to maximise head space to this impressive loft.

All bathrooms were refurbished, as well as all bedrooms including new joinery throughout. A new master dressing room was created, flowing from the master bedroom.

The ground floor was lowered and opened up to create a wonderful open plan kitchen / diner, with a beautiful Roundhouse kitchen. Slim-framed Maxlight sliding doors were installed allowing a huge amount of light into the space.

A new front door from the London Door company finishes the front elevation and allows light into the spacious hallway.

The exterior was landscaped completely, completing this stunning property.
